Shipping Policy — Vael Jewelry

Production & Processing Time

Every Vael piece is handcrafted to order. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production and is prepared in approximately 7 business days before shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and peak seasons.

Carriers

We ship domestic orders via BRT and Poste Italiane, and international orders via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or GLS), based on destination and order value.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe above a minimum order threshold. Shipping costs for orders below the threshold and for destinations outside Europe are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship to Europe (including Switzerland and the UK) and North America (USA and Canada). For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees are the buyer's responsibility and are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country. Vael Jewelry has no control over these costs and cannot predict them in advance. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
